  • Built end-to-end HR self-service modules in Smart HRIS (Cash Advance, Resignation, and Notification) with multi-role approval workflows
  • Drove feature feasibility and end-to-end delivery in collaboration with product, design, and backend teams across multiple projects (SmartNas, HRIS, ePOS-DMS).
  • Migrated legacy Java codebase to Kotlin and enforced code quality standards using SonarQube, resolving Major code smells and reducing technical debt.
  • Maintained 99.5% crash-free stability by integrating Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, proactively monitoring release health and resolving production crashes before user escalation.
  • Resolved GSOC security vulnerabilities, strengthening app security posture across releases.
  • Reviewed vendor-submitted code, provided structured feedback, and ensured alignment with project architecture and quality standards.
  • Managed Android release process, including branch management, code merging, and Play Store submission across multiple app versions.
